CONNECTICUT’S QUALITY OF LIFE
We love living in Connecticut.
It’s not perfect, of course. But since World War II, Connecticut has offered a quality of life as good as any in the United States. We’re a top-ranked state in everything from personal and family income to the quality of our schools, from the quality of our health care to how much we’re able to save.
We have one of the best-educated, most productive workforces in the world, and one of the best-compensated, too. Our arts and culture offerings include Tony Award-winning theater companies and national championship hoops teams. We’re in the top 10 in health care quality.
Those of us who work at Connecticut’s insurance companies are happy we live here, and we’re proud of the role we’ve played – and continue to play – in maintaining Connecticut’s quality of life.
